If you want to make your morning or afternoon walk even better, besides listening to one or all of these podcasts, enjoy a homemade bowl of soup. Take a look at this recipe for Power Soup by Natalia Rose of the Raw Food Detox.
Ingredients
-
1 cup organic alfalfa sprouts (Alfalfa is a member of the legume family and makes for a great protein source).
-
3 cups fresh strawberries with the tops cut off.
-
3 tablespoons raw honey (or agave, our CEO's recommendation)
-
2-4 packets of Stevia (This soup is super sweet already, so taste it before you add more sweetness. I suggest adding more honey if you want it sweeter).
-
1 large head of Romaine lettuce. Cut up or tear to fit into a blender.
-
1/4 medium beet. This is optional, but lends a deep red hue for the soup, which looks beautiful.
Instructions: Simply blend all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
Whether you are looking to give your podcasts a spring refresh or are in the mood for something new, these health and wellness podcasts are all great options to add to your arsenal. Happy listening, everyone!
