It is a time to highlight African American history, culture, and influence. As a Black-owned, female led business, we're celebrating by sharing one of our favorite recipes: Potato Salad. February's blog includes a pretty common recipe passed down from the women in Dr. Barrow's family. There are many variations of this recipe which are interesting. He dad likes to add chopped ham on top. But she prefers a vegan version, which she shares.
